Symposium participant: Shari Blaukopf

Hello!

My name is Shari Blaukopf and I'm a graphic designer, teacher and sketcher from Montreal. I only just returned to sketching after a long break and I was pretty excited to find Urban Sketchers online. My entry back into the drawing world was to start a sketch blog (because I spend way too much time on the computer these days!) and I gave myself the challenge of a daily sketch. Last weekend I hit the 200 mark! It feels pretty great to be drawing again and I am so looking forward to meeting all the incredible participants and instructors I see on Urban Sketchers. Mostly I paint in watercolour but I'm excited to try new ways of working. I think it is going to be an amazing experience in Santo Domingo. Looking forward to meeting all of you!
