The 3rd International Urban Sketching Symposium will be in the sunny Caribbean city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, July 12-14, 2012! The Symposium consists of sketching workshops, panels and lectures by a top-notch team of international instructors and a whole lot of fun sharing our love for on-location drawing.

John:
ReplyDeleteGreat sketchers my fellow LA! See you in Santo Domingo!
I really like your work, John! It will be great to meet, and sketch together in Santo Domingo. See you!
ReplyDeleteHi John. Can't wait to sketch with you in Santo Domingo! It's fun to see your beautiful sketches here.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the enthusiasm Richard, Nina and Sahri. It's very affirming to recieve compliments from artists of your calibre. Gabi really started something special wth this USK interweb thing - getting a sense of the particpants before the symposium is brilliant. My goodness this will be fun!
ReplyDeleteOh, and Nina, I hope to get special 'splatter' coaching from you.
I would be great drawing together. Very nice drawing!

Hi John, I'm a landscape architect too! I was a lecturer at the Lisbon symposium and, on returning home, started Urban Sketchers Texas. Really looking forward to meeting you and drawing together.
