Trip prep: maps

I love old maps, and found these two of old Santo Domingo to be very helpful. One is from Sir Francis Drake's West Indian Voyage in the 1580s. It's of particular interest to me because it shows quite a few par terre gardens. The other is a French plan of the fortifications, probably around 1805. I look forward to finding out what things we can still find in the Zona Colonial. I'll bring them with me, along with high-res files of the larger maps I cropped away, in case anyone wants to take a look!
