No time to unpack...

As some of you know, I've just barely returned from an extended tour of Brazil and Peru, sketching cities and landscapes there.  I have just a few days to catch up on email and laundry before leaving for the Symposium on Tuesday...not a bad way to spend the summer!  Happily, my sketching supplies are warmed up and ready to go.  See you there!
Bustling street life in the heart of Lima, Peru.

An overview of Machu Picchu in Peru...an unforgettable experience!

A quick capture of iconic Sugarloaf as seen from the plaza at the foot of the Christo Redemptor statue that overlooks Rio de Janeiro.

Kombi vans were ubitquitous across southeastern Brazil.
